Description:

The Defense & Intelligence Group of Leidos is seeking an Information Assurance Specialist to support the conference center under the Information Technology Enterprise Management Contract within the National Geospatial Intelligence Agency.

 

•  Ensure that the architecture and design of DoD information systems are functional and secure

•  Provide security subject matter expertise at all engineering, change, configuration control or equivalent meetings

•  Assess threats to the environment 

•  Provide inputs on the adequacy of security designs and architectures

•  Participate in risk assessment during the certification and accreditation process

•  Ensure that the architecture and design of DoD information systems are functional and secure

•  As needed, design and develop IA or IA enabled products, interface specifications, and approaches to secure the environment

•  Prepare and maintain assessment and authorization packages to obtain approvals to operate IAW ICD 503, CNSS 1253 and NIST 800-53 Rev 4

•  Lead/support the quarterly Federal Information Security Management Act audits

•  Experience preparing for and conducting command cyber readiness inspection self-inspections/audits audit activities associated with As needed, design and develop IA or IA enabled products, interface specifications, and approaches to secure the environment

•  Experience lifecycle management and mitigation of security/cyber related incidents

•  Experience implementing and managing a patch and vulnerability management and reporting program

Qualifications:

Education/Min Years Experience: HS/GED -- 10 years experience, Associates -- 8 years experience, Bachelors -- 6 years experience, Masters -- 4 years experience, PhD -- 2 years experience
