Program Summary
This unique CNO Analyst/Programmer II opportunity will allow you to participate in a program providing challenging cyber projects which contribute to national priority missions. The program executes tasks which focus smaller teams on specific challenges, while providing a large team for project support and surge requirements. Selected applicants will find challenging work that grows their careers and opportunities to broaden their skills into emerging technologies.

Job Summary
The CNO Analyst/Programmer II will work as part of an integrated team supporting a broad range of embedded development projects. Project activities span the entire engineering and software lifecycle from initial characterization and research to support for matured and delivered projects. Selected applicants will apply their low-level programming and deep analytical skills on new and challenging technologies.

Responsibilities
Provide/author technical documentation and research reports, lead and participate in design, code, and software readiness reviews as prescribed by the customers software development procedures and processes
Lead CNO Analyst/Programmers in daily tasks
Debug software and troubleshoot issues
Programming CNO tools
Programming in various languages (C, C++, Perl, Python)
Network sockets programming
Create and brief technical presentations 


Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree and four (4) year to (8) eight years of experience in computer science, information systems, or network engineering OR in lieu of Bachelors a minimum eight (8) years experience in computer science, information systems, or network engineering
Minimum six (6) years experience programming in Assembly, C, C++, Java, Perl, or Python
Minimum five (5) year experience developing in one (1) or more of the following:
Windows applications using Visual Studio or .NET environments
UNIX applications using make files or comparable build environments
Mission-applicable platforms
Minimum four (4) years experience with programming CNO tools and techniques.
Ability to lead CNO Analyst/Programmers in daily tasks
Experience with debugging software and troubleshooting issues
Ability to create and brief technical presentations
Minimum two (2) years experience in network sockets programming including developing packet-level programs, expert-level understanding of IP, TCP, and application-level protocols.
Minimum two (2) years experience developing packet-level programs Expert packet-level understanding of IP, TCP, and application-level protocols
Minimum two (2) years experience in network sockets programming
Must possess an active TS/SCI with polygraph clearance
