The Power Transaction Section together with our Conventional & Emerging Technologies Section within our Energy & Infrastructure Consulting Division provide high-value technical, commercial, and economic consulting to lenders, equity, and developers that are involved with the implementation of critical energy, water and transportation infrastructure on a national and global basis. Our approach to supporting clients in critical transactions is delivered with technical and commercial depth spanning a comprehensive suite across vast range of technology and infrastructure types.


• Working individually and as a team: provide a broad range of high level Operations & Maintenance engineering consulting services, for a variety of clients: including owner and independent engineering for power plant engineering, production and/or O&M management.

• Provide technical analysis, budgeting, maintenance coordination, and including thermodynamic performance assessment.




• Typically requires a Bachelor’s of Science in engineering and 15+ years of prior relevant experience or Master’s degree or MBA and/or advanced degree engineering, finance, business, or related management area with 13+ years of prior relevant experience.

• Willingness to be located in Denver or Boston.
