EVM Master Scheduler
The Leidos Airborne Systems Integration Operation has an immediate need for an EVMS Lead Scheduler and Analyst. The ARL-E program entails the integration and test of product payload, delivery and integration of the payload into the a lab for acceptance test, testing of subsystems and system, provisioning aircraft for integration, documentation, logistics and RAM analyses, and training processes and documentation.
The EVM Master Scheduler will work with Control Account Managers, Chief Engineer and Program Manager to maintain an Integrated Master Schedule for a large, complex effort covering multiple Task Orders on a Single Award IDIQ Contract.
This includes soliciting input from the technical team to ensure all dependencies (internal and external) are documented and tracked; actively supporting Integrated Baseline Reviews; interfacing with other internal teams to develop and prepare resource assignments, identify and document schedule and risk, manage the integrity of the baseline data, status and provide inputs in support of the EVMS business rhythm. Candidate must have experience running Schedule Risk Analysis to include DCMA 14 point schedule assessment. Prefer candidate to have experience with DCMA Joint Surveillance Reviews.
Additional duties and responsibilities include maintenance and oversight of EVMS cost engine (COBRA) to include creating rate and code tables, OBS and WBS structures, control accounts and work packages, and custom reports.

Must have at least 12 years general experience as a Scheduler on large, complex programs with numerous dependencies to track
Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business discipline
Must be able to obtain a Secret Clearance
Must possess an understanding of basic scheduling theory
Experience with cost and schedule integration tools (i.e. COBRA, MSProject)
Experience with analysis of Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) using Steelray project analyzer software
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Excel, Word, PowerPoint
Expert knowledge of Microsoft Project SchedulerExperience with baseline change control processes
Experience with monthly schedule status processes
Experience with Schedule Risk Assessment (SRA)
Experience with Schedule Critical Path Method (CPM)
Must be an independent thinker capable of working proficiently independently as well as within a team.
Knowledge ofEarned Value Management Systems
Understanding of Electronic Industries Alliance EIA - 748
Understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principals
Advanced knowledge of Deltek Cobra EVM software or similar software
Experience with Estimate to Complete (ETC) and Estimate at Complete (EAC) processes
Experience with supporting Control Account Managers in an Earned Value Management Systems environment
Experience with generating Integrated Program Management Reports (DID) DI-MGMT-81861 (IPMR) Formats 1-7.
Experience with Deltek wInsight analytics software
Master’s Degree in a technical or business discipline
Certification in Association for the Advancement of Cost Engineering (AACE)
Certification in Planning and Scheduling Professional (PSP)
