Systems Integration/Configuration Management
The DoD Information Systems Division of Leidos has an opportunity for a CM/RM Lead, contingent upon contract award, in San Antonio, TX
The CM/RM lead will lead and oversee the system configuration management and deployment for the Leidos Air Force Integrated Personnel and Pay System contract. The candidate will be responsible for architecting and planning the Configuration Management (CM) infrastructure by reviewing and defining configuration items (CIs); develop configuration baselines used to perform Functional and Physical Configuration Audits used to communicate status accounting reports (i.e., Mgmt. Metrics; Baseline Reports). A successful candidate will be innovative, self-motivated, a quick study and willing to develop new skills while constantly improving existing abilities and be able to work in a fast-pace and dynamic environment.

Responsible for resources, and frequently influences organizational or operational decisions made by leadership. Communicate with team-members across the project, and has responsibility for communicating with diverse parties external to the organization.
Negotiate and influences others to understand and accept new concepts, practices, and approaches. Conduct extensive investigation to understand the root cause of problems.
Education and Experience:
Typically requires BS degree and 8 – 12 years of prior relevant experience or Masters with 6 – 10 years of prior relevant experience.
Must be US Citizen.
