Information Assurance Engineer Senior
This position is in direct support of the Air Force Common Computing Environment (CCE) with development activities in the implementation of an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Common Services environment in our Stafford, Virginia office. The role can also be virtual.
This innovative task is through the Global Combat Support System - Air Force (GCSS-AF) 2 contract vehicle. Team members will collaborate on all activities to support systems engineering, integration, software capability/maintenance and related support services. Team members will be encouraged to adopt and implement industry-best practices and encouraged to explore the latest technology and most efficient practices.

The Information Assurance Engineer will specialize in cyber security systems/devices administration.
·Administering computer systems running the Solaris, RHEL and Windows Operating Systems in a DISA DECC environment, and for configuring, securing and patching the systems.
·Keeping all systems running and assisting security operations staff.
·Ensuring that system security requirements are managed and addressed throughout the system lifecycle thereby ensuring system security compliance and approval for system operation.
·Participate in system change technical review process, security requirements testing development and approval, and security assessments that establish and maintain appropriate security posture for the program.
·Ability to communicate clearly and effectively both verbally and in writing.
·Strong hands-on system administration skills.
·Active Top Secret clearance or higher.
·Information Assurance Experience.
·Active Security+ certification or higher.
·HS diploma and 6+ years of relevant experience or
·BS degree and 3+ years of relevant experience or
·Masters degree and 2+ years of relevant experience.
·Solaris, RHEL and Windows Operating Systems.
·Experience in commercial cloud environments (AWS, OMCS).
·Experience in platform migration.
·Experience in cloud migration.
·Experience in Agile development.
