The DoD Information Systems Division of Leidos has an immediate career opportunity for a System Release and Test Integration Manager contingent upon contract award in San Antonio, Texas.

The System Release and Test Integration Manager will provide technical expertise and functional management to a large cross-functional team for the Defense Civilian Personnel Data System (DCPDS) contract. 

A successful candidate should have a background working within a fast paced product development / integration environment utilizing industry practices such as Project Management Institute (PMI), Agile Scrum, ITIL Service Delivery, and test engineering industry practices and Lean Six Sigma tools and techniques.


Primary Responsibilities:

Providing leadership and direction to System Integration and Test team members.
Guiding cross-functional implementation teams through solution delivery to ensure budget, schedule, and quality.
Identify and remediate issues and project risks early with the customer
Perform daily staff management duties (e.g., staff planning, interviews, on-boarding, annual performance assessments and mentoring junior level resources to grow with Leidos).
Collaborate with customer representatives on the planning of release content for monthly releases.
Supporting and reviewing the development of customer deliverables.
Serve as a customer liaison for working issues and answering questions for customer representatives.



Education and Experience:

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience, plus 5+ Years of relevant experience, or Master's degree with 3+ years of relevant experience

Basic Qualifications:

Must be US Citizen.
2+ years management experience.
Experience with establishing and facilitating Change Control Boards (CCB) to approve changes to baseline, assess risk to change and ensure key stakeholders are aware of release content (i.e. code; scripts; special instructions; and core functionality that will change for end user).
Experience planning and executing test and performing configuration management duties.
2+ years with integration of COTS products.
2+ years experience with engineering and software delivery tools: Micro Focus Products (ALM, UFT, Load Runner) and Serena PVCS; Oracle EBS is a plus.
Hands-on experience supporting engineering review boards, design reviews, and ensuring system designs are compliant with customer requirements.
Strong experience with project management principles and implementation
Strong communication/presentation skills; problem solving skills and strong written and verbal communication skills
