Air Force Resource Management Support
Leidos has an opportunity for an AF Resource Management Support to work at Shaw AFB, SC. Candidates must currently possess a Secret security clearance in order to be considered.
Applicants will organize and manage unit budgetary goals and objectives; forecast availability of existing and supplemental resources; and define actions required to support the Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) cycle actions in compliance with Department of Defense Financial Management Regulations (DoDFMR) 7000.14R and Air Force publications series 65, Financial Management and operational unit requirements. Duties will include but not be limited to: execution year obligation and expenditure management; capital planning and investment strategy development; workforce assessment; management methodology and weighted cost analysis development; Fund Cite Request , Fund Cite Authorization Letter and Defense Travel System voucher / expenditure tracking; manage, program, and plan, JTF Man-Day requirements via the ACC Manpower MPA Man-Day Management System (M4S); and time-constrained resource realignment recommendations in response to rapidly changing program and budgetary deadlines. Applicants will assist in researching and analyzing factual information and trends to determine unit financial management effectiveness, organizational needs and requirements. They will keep senior leaders apprised of financial management developments and assist in the development and administration of program-budget activities, schedules and meetings.
Applicants must possess a Bachelor’s degree in area of expertise (e.g. Accounting, Business Admin) and 6 years of demonstrated AF Financial Management technical expertise inclusive of 2 years of experience using the Commanders Resource Integration System (CRIS), Automated Business Services System (ABSS) and Defense Enterprise Accounting Management System (DEAMS). Secret security clearance is required to perform these duties with the ability to obtain TS/SCI.
