The Leidos Defense & Intelligence Group has an opening in Bagram, Afghanistan within the SS-AISR program for an Operations Analyst, also known in the field as a Liaison Officer.

Job Summary
As the the SS-AISR Operations Analyst, you are viewed as the subject matter expert on all sensor systems, you will oversee the effective employment of SS-AISR assets and will report directly to the Deputy Program Manager.

Primary Responsibilities
Provides direct Liaison coordination at the operational and tactical level between the end user and all platforms under the SS-AISR umbrella.
Provide subject matter expertise to end users, and advises customers on proper application of assets in order to maximize effects.
Advise government entities of operational issues and opportunities.
Understands the specifics of each ISR platform in order to advise government entities of tasking efficiencies or synergies.
Understands the tasking process at the theater and tactical levels.
You will travel to provide education as required.

Basic Qualifications
-Experience: 8+ years of experience related to military operations or intelligence analysis; experience as an Operations Analyst (Liaison Offcer) of an ISR asset in a deployed environment. 
-Education: A Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of prior relevant experience or Masters with 6+ years of prior relevant experience; additional years of relevant experience required in lieu of a degree.
-An active Top Secret Clearance/SCI is required
-50% travel within Afghanistan
-Valid US passport for at least 3 years.
-Ability to read, write and speak English
-Familiarly with basic computer skills
-Must be able to meet CENTCOM CRC medical minimum standards
-Must be able to meet deployment training minimum standards
-Must be able to work with customers and subcontractors in a professional manner

Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience as an LNO, JTAC, or ITC highly recommended. 
Special Operations experience preferred.
