Leidos has a position open for a Cyber Operations Analyst to work at a customer site in Keyport, Washington. This is an exciting opportunity to use your experience helping the Navy Undersea Warfare Center (NUWC) meet operational and mission requirements.  This role requires an active TS/SCI clearance.     

Roles and Responsibilities:

Provide Cyber Operations Management Analysis and Research Support in accordance with JAFAN 6/0, DoD Manual 5205.07 Volumes 1-4, ICDs.  

Perform the following activities under Navy cognizance:

Assist the command in monitoring, reviewing, interpreting, evaluating, and reporting on the technical aspects of classified local area networks (LANs) and related operations. 

Assist in the program management of cyber related tasking, monitoring and reporting requirements associated with each specific task order.

Support internal cyber and management operations, which include staff briefings, teleconferences, program/project evaluation, project liaison and project management assistance.

Provide information assurance (IA) assistance in the evaluation of operating system (OS) design (Le., C, C++, Python Java and Java script), OS/systems integration; and hardware configurations in accordance with applicable IC,.FCC, DON, and DOD·standards and policies;   

Provide IA technical support in reading and writing assembly language (i.e:, x86,x64, ARM, PPC, MIPS, SPARC, 68K, etc.), understanding common network protocols and developing/breaking embedded systems using debuggers (i.e., gdb, WinDbg and OllyDbg).

Provide technical support for exploit mitigations such as OEP and ASLR. Identify and utilize tool sets (i.e., IDA Pro, HexRays, etc.) to perform reverse hardware and software engineering

Provide technical support to perform penetration testing and vulnerability management in vyeb, mobile, external, internal and wireless networks.  This tasking includes threat modeling, attack vector analysis and static and/or dynamic code analysis (i.e., Coverity, Fortify, Klocwork, Checkmarx).

Provide certification and accreditation (C&A) technical support and authority to operate (ATO) technical services in accordance with OoD 8510.01 Risk Management Framework (RMF) Process Guide for IT or current IApolicy.  C&A and ATO support shall provide IA technical integration to NUWC SSO to ensure proper accreditation of systems and applications.

Be certified in accordance with DoD’s IAWorkforce efforts, DoD 8570.1M.

Assist the command in development of TS/SCI network requirements and security processes, and develop briefings as required


Active TS clearance; candidate must be eligible for a TS/SCI. 

12+ years of related work experience

8+ years of demonstrated management experience and familiarity in providing shore-based Information Technology infrastructure operations and support functions to include logistics, facilities, finance and administration.

8+ years of demonstrated experience and familiarity providing technical services and analytic expertise in SCI/SAP program security management for DoD, DoN and/or NUWC, Keyport.

8+ years of managerial experience in cyber and management operations, which include staff briefings, program/project evaluation and project management assistance.

Bachelor's Degree.  Years of experience can be considered in lieu of degree.
