Leidos is seeking highly qualified candidates to support a government client. Candidates must possess a TS/SCI clearance to be considered. Join our team of national-level analysts and technical experts supporting decision-makers and policy development for the mission to lead and support the counterintelligence and security activities of the US Government, the US Intelligence Community, and US private sector entities.

The Contract Program Manager will:

• Prepare and maintain a schedule of all long-term taskings and shall prepare and maintain a plan for staffing the effort

• The Contract Program Manager will report all issues pertaining to clearances and security to the COTR within 3 days of an issue arising

• The Contract Program Manager will serve as the point of contact for the contract with overall responsibility for performance, personnel, cost control, security, and program resources

• The Contract Program Manager will oversee all programmatic and administrative aspects of the contract

• The Contract Program Manager will ensure all project activities are performed and completed in a timely, cost-effective, and efficient manner without comprising the quality of deliverables, and will ensure the quality and timely submission of all deliverables

• The Contract Program Manager will manage costs, schedules, reporting, and contract compliance

• The Contract Program Manager will plan, organize, control, direct, and staff the technical, administrative, financial, contractual, and personnel tasks required by the program

• The Contract Program Manager will maintain a close liaison with project leads, government task managers, the COTR, and contracting officer

• The Contract Program Manager will report all significant technical challenges, problems and issues as soon as they are discovered

• The Contract Program Manager will assist and advise Mission Managers on resource allocation based on direct experience in CI/Security mission areas

• The Contract Program Manager shall remain relevant on CI/Security topic areas by assisting on mission projects

• The Contract Program Manager will participate in formal program reviews

• The Contract Program Manager will maintain adequate staffing levels of qualified staff PM requirements

- Bachelor's degree or 4 years equivalent, related work experience - Twelve (12) years of relevant technical work experience.
- 12 years of direct experience in Security/CI mission areas
- 5 years of Program Management experience managing programs with competing priorities
- 5 years of experience working with or in the USIC (may be concurrent with the requisite 12 years of work experience)
- 2 years of experience managing programs with similar size and scope
- Experience managing complex contracts featuring multiple CLINs and diverse types of contracts, to include firm fixed price, completion based taskers, cost plus fixed fee, cost reimbursable, and award fee
- Demonstrated Program Management experience with ODNI
