Leidos is seeking highly qualified candidates to support a government client. Candidates must possess a TS/SCI clearance to be considered. Join our team of national-level analysts and technical experts supporting decision-makers and policy development for the mission to lead and support the counterintelligence and security activities of the US Government, the US Intelligence Community, and US private sector entities.

The instructor/training SME will:
• Work closely with the government to ensure that the Contractor efficiently and effectively supports all requirements; to include ongoing requirements and any new or changed requirements that develop to meet the objectives of the client
• Ongoing activities include course development, planning, scheduling, execution, problem solving, research, and associated logistical requirements
• Work closely with Imaging and Publishing Support (IPS) to develop web-based training (WBT) modules for CI and security
• Develop and update WBT modules
• New or changed requirements could include the facilitation of new training course(s) or seminar(s) created to meet a particular ODNI objective, or adding offerings of a particular course to accommodate the Community's increased demand.
• Provide oversight of training inquiries, registration, and confirmation/notification to all participants Electronic correspondence sent to all registrants must come from an ODNI email address
• Responsible for keeping the task lead and PM informed of the status of work in progress and of issues in need of attention
• Routine improvement to course content/delivery mechanisms may be required
• At a minimum of once per year, audit all classes from the NCSC training suite to ensure students are receiving accurate content and current training instruction and hands-on classroom exercises that meet course objectives identified in the Program of Instruction (POI)
- Bachelor's degree or 4 years equivalent, related work experience
- 10 years of relevant technical work experience.
- 8 years of experience in the USIC working in positions in government organizations to direct resources as required, ensuring the successful development and performance of CI and Security training program objectives
- 3 years of experience working with or in the USIC (may be concurrent with the requisite 10 years of work experience)
- Demonstrated ability to write and effectively coordinate training plans, POIs, analysis briefs, and other high-level correspondence with training relevance concisely and clearly
- Demonstrated currency on all new and improved instruction techniques (Instructional System Design [ISD]) for adult audiences
- Excellent verbal, interpersonal communications, and presentation skills
- Demonstrated Security and CI knowledge and involvement
- Demonstrated experience as a multi-disciplined USIC Security professional with demonstrated development, delivery and management of CI and Security training programs in the USIC
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, identify problems, and propose alternative solutions
- Extensive knowledge of the USIC, Federal Partner, and non-Title 50 organizations and components, as well as their missions, disciplines, capabilities, and interrelationships
- Thorough knowledge of ICDs, directives, implementation standards, and administrative procedures
