Leidos is seeking highly qualified candidates to support a government client. Candidates must possess a TS/SCI clearance and polygraph to be considered. Join our team of national-level analysts and technical experts supporting decision-makers and policy development for the mission to lead and support the counterintelligence and security activities of the US Government, the US Intelligence Community, and US private sector entities.

The Counterintelligence Information Technology Program Manager will:
• Support development and breakdown of high level strategic CI goals into program objectives
• Support the development of CI vulnerability and threat assessments
• Develop, coordinate, and review CI policies, strategic plans, standards, implementation plans, processes, frameworks and priorities
• Identify, document, and recommend mitigations to CI and security events of national significance
• Document CI requirements and mitigations and drive application of technical CI practices
• Develop reports on changes, trends, and implications of evolving CI issues
• Support integration of CI research results and analysis into processes, standards, policies
• Coordinate with multiple USG agencies on CI issues
• Support outreach to the USIC, Federal Partners, and to non-government and commercial entities involved in CI issues
• Support USIC and USG-wide working groups and conferences. Develop meeting agendas, minutes with action items, issue papers, briefings, and propose working group activities
• Prepare analytical reports and publications, create graphics, provide Sponsor finished material, and be the primary writer of this material
• Provide program management services, including developing position descriptions, interviewing, supporting program reviews, developing status reports, performing day-to-day staff, task and schedule management and providing Sponsor management
- Bachelor's degree or 4 years equivalent, related work experience - Minimum of 15 years of experience in software or hardware engineering, and/or systems engineering
- Twelve (12) years of relevant technical work experience.
- Minimum of 10 years of USIC experience integrating technical solutions intoUSIC systems, including cloud technologies
- Minimum 10 years of experience performing task, schedule, and personnel management of teams of 10+ people
- Minimum of 7 years of experience with knowledge ofUSIC networks and/or systems, including USIC Information Technology Enterprise (IC ITE)
- 5 years of experience working with or in the USIC (may be concurrent with the requisite 12 years of work experience)
- Experience in developing executive-level reports and briefings
- Experience in using USG, USIC, and commercial data sources for technical threat assessment development
- Excellent oral and written communications skills
- Ability to work in an environment with rapidly-changing priorities
