The Civil Health Solutions is currently seeking a facility analyst to support a large healthcare contract in Culpeper.
The facility analyst is responsible for planning and managing all aspects of the facilities function. Duties include installation, de-installation and relocation of various hardware in a Data Center. Candidate must have extensive background of installing all types of cables in a Data Center and ability to troubleshoot issues. This position requires the candidate to provide on-site support 730am-4pm and respond to issues after hours and on weekends at the location in Culpeper Virginia. Works to achieve day-to-day objectives with major impact on the area of responsibility. Responsible for entire projects or processes spanning multiple professional areas. Typically responsible for coaching, reviewing and delegating work to lower level professionals. Problems typically involve multiple issues, areas or specialties. Makes significant improvements in programs, processes, and solutions to enhance results. Communicates with internal team members across multiple areas and client team members. May communicate with parties external to the organization (e.g., sub-contractors, vendors, etc.). Works to influence project/team leaders regarding solution design, process and/or approaches.
BA degree and 8 – 12 years of prior relevant experience or Masters with 6 – 10 years of prior relevant experience. Experience may be substituted in lieu of degree.
Candidate must have a CCNA certification. Candidate must also have 3-5 years experience building/repairing various hardware (Install of memory, cards, troubleshooting, etc).
