The Defense & Intelligence Group of Leidos is seeking an Audio Visual Technician to support the conference center under the Information Technology Enterprise Management Contract within the National Geospatial Intelligence Agency. This position is located in St Louis, MO.

We seek to build a team of Desktop/Voice-Video technicians who can perform multiple functions. We understand that people have specialties, but seek people open to cross training and willing to apply their skills in multiple areas.

The Desktop Support/Voice-Video technicians provides PC, telephone, and voice and video conference support which may include duties such as:

•         Provide technical expertise involved in the operation and support of the Audio/Visual (AV) and video conferencing infrastructure.

•         Provide timely responses and resolution to customer problems and requests.

•         Work closely with organization VTC support personnel and act as a SME for technical issue and offer recommendations as requested.

•         Configure and test AV and VTC equipment to meet specific requirements, and attend/monitor special events for timely AV support services.

•         Schedule, coordinate, and oversee all system maintenance, both preventative and

•         Patch and STIG equipment in accordance to DOD guidelines.

•         Maintain up to date documentation for all AV and VTC systems and services.

•         Develop monthly metrics and analytical reporting of usage, trending, and scalability.

•         Coordinate periodic AV and VTC training sessions.

•         Provide all operation, maintenance, and scheduling of conferences and manage ECBC VTC services in all conference rooms utilizing VTC capabilities.

•         Establish and maintain Standard Operating Procedures for each facility.

•         Perform quarterly preventive maintenance on VTC systems and identify any equipment in need of corrective repairs.

•         Maintain documentation and perform record keeping as necessary for the successful repair, tracking, and return of equipment.

•         Perform acceptance testing and troubleshooting for new technology products received.

•         Responsible for the integration of internal and external technology products associated with visual production in connection with VTC’s and conference facilities.

•         Provide support for both unclassified and classified VTC facilities as needed.

•         Work with the COMSEC Officer to install key material as needed in

Building video on demand, VTC for global coverage, close captioning systems, desktop video solutions

Planning daily system monitoring, verifying the integrity and availability of all A/V hardware, server resources, systems and key processes, reviewing system and application logs, and verifying completion of scheduled jobs such as backups.

High School Diploma and 10 years of experience; or  Bachelors degree and 6 years of experience.


TS/SCI with Poly clearance is required
