Leidos is seeking a highly organized, hardworking and self-motivated Administrative person to provide outstanding customer service to both in house teams and customers. The ideal candidate will report to multiple managers with minimal direct supervision while maintaining schedules, customer service, and repair orders for several departments. Therefore, he or she needs to have superb time management and organization skills. The candidate will be comfortable with general office operations, including but not limited to answering phones, electronic correspondence, filing, developing repair orders, scheduling meetings, updating project files .and provide outstanding customer service.
Because we are always seeking ways to better serve the customers, we also hope that our Administrative person will help us identify ways we can be more effective and efficient by contributing fresh ideas for improvement.
Roles and responsibilities
Handle office interactions with CFOAM Team and Customers. This includes answering phone inquiries, and handling requests or complaints in a professional manner.
Maintain files with confidentiality in an easily accessible format
Coordinate communication between various departments, schedule meetings, distribute reports and keep all parties informed of general business operations
Operate and maintain office machinery, including computers, copiers, fax machines and printers
External referral eligible
High school diploma or equivalency required. Associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred
Good organization, scheduling and time management skills
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Superior telephone manner and etiquette
Ability to work independently or as part of a team and ability to take direction is a must
Must be punctual, arrive at work on time
Must have a Top Secret Clearance (current SBI)
Project management skills and project coordination experience.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office to include SharePoint and SAP
Ability to multi-task in a high paced environment, complete tasks on-time and with accuracy and attention to detail
Previous experience with administrative duties in an office setting preferred
