Records Management Officer
The Defense & Intelligence Group has a current opening for a mid-level Records Management Officer at our Customer site in St. Louis, MO.
Job Description: Provides support in Records Management (RM) at customer site in St. Louis, MO, and customer sites located in Gila Bend, AZ and Springfield, VA. Assists in performing analysis, site visits, and collecting appropriate guidance to update, disseminate and articulate current Federal, Intelligence Community (IC), Department of Defense (DoD), and agency records management policies. Conducts RM classroom training, office assessments/inspections and provides RM services and support for customer core sites at multiple geographic locations. Assists in evaluating data collected and applying appropriate records disposition authority and retention instructions to facilitate the retirement of inactive records. Maintains, preserves and disposes of records in accordance with appropriate Federal, IC, DoD, and agency regulatory and policy guidance. Individual must be TS/SCI cleared, have a current SSBI and be willing to undergo a polygraph. "External Referral Eligible"
Education: Bachelor's Degree with 3-6 years of relevant experience. Additional experience in lieu of degree will be considered.
Required Skills: Demonstrated ability to perform successfully in a multi-tasking environment. Strong understanding of Federal, Intelligence Community (IC), and DoD records management and security regulations, directives and policies required. The selected candidate must demonstrate thorough knowledge of Title 44 U.S.C. 2904, 3101, 3102, 3301, and Title 36, Code of Federal Regulations (CFR), Part 1222. Proficiency in writing and grammar including the ability to edit and proofread. Proficiency with MS Office Suite (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
