Program Finance Analyst Sr.
Leidos has an opportunity for a Program Finance Analyst Senior, based at San Antonio, Texas. Position is contingent upon contract award.
The selected candidate will work closely with the Program Management team along with DODIS/E&CS Financial teams to provide financial support in program reviews & presentations for a pending new award and will have extensive interaction with both internal and external customers/stakeholders.
Responsibilities include budgeting, forecasting, and analysis of financial data for a pending new CPIF program requiring EVMS.
Position manages program invoicing, EVM reporting and funding deliverables, maintaining EAC in line with the program schedule, as well as ECP development and submission.
The position requires establishing the accounting structure of the program after award consistent with proposed WBS structure.
Position requires strong organization, analytical, presentation and interpersonal skills.
Successful candidate must evaluate, monitor and implement policies, practices and functional performance standards for the Business Operations team.
In addition, candidate must possess the ability to work independently, in a team environment and with various organizational levels.
Candidate must be able to access current processes, identify areas for process improvement and efficiencies and work with the program and accounting teams to develop accurate forecasts.
Education and Experience:
BA degree and 8 – 12 years of prior relevant experience or Masters with 6 – 10 years of prior relevant experience.
EVMS experience is strongly desired as well as experience in Costpoint accounting, invoicing and forecasting in Fusion.
Experience managing CPIF programs is also desirable.
