The NISC III program is hiring for a Program Analyst to provide general and specialized support for National Aeronautical Navigation Services(AERONAV) Products group including: 1) Assist in development and maintenance of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), directives and policies; handle routine requests for information and refer to appropriate staff for resolution; 2) Assemble, copy, print, fax and scan a variety of materials and ensure proper distribution and compliance with office rules and procedures; and 3) Provide data entry of pertinent information in various automated systems using a variant of software programs including eTERPS (electronic Terminal Instrument Procedures), POET (Post Operations Evaluation Tool) and NOTAMs (Notice to Airmen).


Provide support for the POET Database and NOTAMs including: 1) Assist in preparing reports as instructed for the Enroute POET database; 2) Perform special data search/tasks for multiple data sources for Enroute IFP (Instrument Flight Procedure) updates.  Download Obstruction/Evaluation/Airport Airspace Analysis (OE/AAA) caseloads for the OE/EEE program application (iOE/AAA); extract and analyze data utilized for daily reports to the IFP Obstacle Impact Analysis Team (OIAT) Supervisor concerning automated Obstruction Evaluations.


Provide correspondence support including: 1) Prepare IFP OIAT correspondence; composes and disseminated meeting minutes for IFP OIAT meetings; 2) Prepare required reports for IFP OIAT supervisor and submit them as required; and 3) Maintain reports of actions processed through the IFP OIAT.


High school diploma and  4+ years of relevant experience required. 

Experience with data entry and office administration.

Strong communication and customer service skills.
