Conference Center Service Delivery Manager (SDM)
The Service Delivery Manager (SDM) manages services to ensure the efficient delivery of high quality services to meet PWS and Service Catalog performance requirements. The SDM reports to the Chief Engineer and is responsible for SLA performance and ensuring quality delivery of services to end users. The SDM serves as the process owner for the processes in their service area and ensures all technical staff understand and follow process steps. The SDM monitors and reports on process performance, ensuring population of metrics into the program end-to-end metrics framework. The SDM supports the CSI/QA Lead with structured technical improvement activities. The SDM assists the Regional Transition Coordinators in executing Knowledge Transfer activities and ensuring that all service requirements are transitioned at all sites in their regions.
