Leidos Defense and Intelligence Group is seeking an experienced Transition Manager who has proven experience leading and managing large scale transitions.
The Transition Manager will organize, direct and manage the transition of contract and technical operations for the program ensuring a seamless transition for the AFRICOM and EUCOM customer. The successful candidate will coordinate with government representatives and incumbent contract management to effect a smooth, non-disruptive contract transition. The Transition Manager will also be responsible for managing operation support functions, involving multiple, complex, and inter-related project tasks.
This position will be located in Stuttgart, Germany.
· Managing teams of contract support personnel at multiple locations in an OCONUS environment
· Managing and maintaining the client interface at the senior levels of the client organization
· Briefing company and customer management and stakeholders on progress
· Identifying and implementing effective risk mitigation strategies

Addressing challenges that arise with routine operations
- PMP or DAWIA Level 3
- Must hold active Secret level clearance with ability to obtain Top Secret/SCI clearance as required by the customer.
