Leidos is looking to immediately fill a Technical Writing position in our Division of Federal Systems
Office of Child Support Enforcement Division.
The successful candidate will have to be able to write, rewrite, and/or edits technical or business-related documents, as well as learn and apply the customer's plain language guidelines to all deliverables. The Technical Writer will also participate in team system team meetings to take minutes and to grow an understanding of the business applications. Must also prepare reports and customer deliverables in addition to complete status reports and required training.
Must be proficient in use of the Microsoft Office suite of applications.
Knowledge of grammar, punctuation and writing skills. Understanding of how to write documents for the target audience. Entry level experience writing/editing technical documents.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE: Typically requires a BA degree or equivalent experience and less than 2 years prior relevant experience.
Candidate must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust Clearance
