Foreign Disclosure Officer
LEIDOS is seeking an experience Foreign Disclosure Officer. Our Foreign Disclosure Officer will have experience and knowledge of US disclosure policies and guidance (i.e., for specific agencies: Department of State, Defense Intelligence Agency, Central Intelligence Agency, Department of Defense, Federal Bureau of Investigation) and specialized international program security expertise, and coordinating and making disclosure decisions within those parameters.
JOB DESCRIPTION: Will serve as a mid-level advisor in support of a client's disclosures program. Specific duties may include: Assist in processing all requests for disclosure of information to partners. Review various products for release and process RFIs from foreign governments and international organizations. Obtain security clearance information and verify foreign national status prior to release of classified material; ensure all classified material is passed appropriately. Maintain permanent electronic database of all decisions concerning disclosure, release or denial of intelligence to foreign nationals.

REQUIRED SKILLS: 6-10 years of foreign disclosure office experience with a government agency, including DoD or other member of the IC community; explicit knowledge of IC guidelines concerning foreign disclosure, and intelligence information sharing; mastery of the functions, processes, principles, methods and procedures used in analyzing, evaluating, and responding to disclosure requests. Clearance: An active TS/SCI security clearance with a polygraph is required.
Education/Level of Experience: A Bachelor of Arts degree in business administration or related field. Higher level of education is desired. Possess 6-10 years of relevant experience with some Counter Terrorism/Intelligence Community (CT/IC) analytical experience.
