Leidos has a part-time opening for an Operations Finance team member located in Reston, VA.
The job of the Operations Finance team member is to support the development of corporate real estate metrics, analyze and review facilities related financial performance and establish corporate level real estate process and procedures.
-Interface with Corporate Real Estate Finance Team and JLL to identify key measurements, capture data to monitor and track metric performance, analyze information, establish corrective actions and implement recommendations.
-Review Real Estate policies and procedures, integrate changes within all CRE functions and update functional web site.
-BA degree and 12 - 15 years of prior relevant experience.
-Financial planning and analysis experience in the area of Facilities Management, Operations and Leases.
-Detailed understanding of the scope of facilities related services and functions.
