Leidos Europe, part of Team Leidos, are looking for a Business Analyst to join their Management Information (MI) reporting team in the Support Services area.
Team Leidos is honoured to support the UK MOD’s Logistic Commodities & Services Transformation (LCS[T]) programme, a critical effort to enhance and improve the UK’s defence supply chain.
·Experience in the analysis of management information, data analysis, and performance measurements.
·Experience in developing reports through means of, including but not limited to, querying databases, combining data sets, building models and scorecards, interpreting data and presentations.
·Experience with activities and trends utilising business analytics; compare analyses against service standards and best practices, identify opportunities for improvement, and identify cause-and-effect relationships between variables. Identify gaps and inconsistencies; clearly communicate and provide recommendations to leadership.
·Experience in evaluating current processes, identify best practices, develop plans to reach goals and implement improvements.
·Experience of creating and delivering narratives for all levels of understanding to a variety of stakeholders.
Responsibilities of the role:
·Produce, collate and submit all contractual MI within SLA deadlines, daily, weekly, monthly, Quarterly and Annually.
·Create narratives for weekly Working Group meetings, identifying trends, forecasting, investigating abnormalities and continuous improvement.
·Build slide deck and data charts for SCF meetings quarterly.
·Engage with stakeholders across the business to identify and improve on the data presented to the MI team.
·Upkeep and enhance processes and procedures being used by the team.
·Track Ad-hoc requests and identify the root cause for enquiries.
·Review existing SOR requirements and examine how these are being met and what improvements can be made if possible.
·Quality check work of peers in team to ensure accuracy and quality of reporting.
·Completing individual projects appointed by the MI Manager.
·Working across multiple locations (Bicester/Donnington) when needed to attend and contribute towards MI workshops.
·Supporting the Business Intelligence team when needed.
·Identify problems that may cause delay in delivery of contractual MI and build processes to address this if possible.
·Prioritization of workload daily, to ensure that contractual MI requirements are prioritized and met.
Degree level and 2 years of experience. Six total years of experience is acceptable in lieu of degree.
Must be able to obtain and maintain a UK Security Clearance
