The Sr. Compensation Analyst will play an integral role in support of the Leidos Business Groups overseeing the implementation of Corporate Compensation policies, procedures and programs to meet the diverse and fast paced day to day Compensation needs of each business Group & Division.   Reporting to the Client Services Manager in Corporate Compensation, and working closely with the other Compensation Analysts as well as Group HR Vice Presidents, HR Business Partners, Program Managers, Talent Acquisition, EBO and others on the Business Integration teams.

Job Duties:

o Communicate and educate HRBPs, Talent Acquisition and Managers on compensation philosophy, policies and systems.  
o Be a strategic partner to the group HRVP and provide guidance and support on compensation practices.
o Approve Job Requisitions for new or replacement positions as well as Job Code changes for existing employees  to ensure proper job classification based on work to be performed and compliance with FLSA requirements & Compensation Approval Delegation Matrix (CADM).
o Review and approve bonuses processed in Fusion to ensure compliance with the CADM and all proper documentation, justification and timing of payments will be sufficient to pass the review by Corporate Audit & Compliance.
o Review Off-Cycle Merit increases proposed in WorkDay.
o Support Group equity analysis requests. Support New Business requests for job code mapping.
o Provide bonus guidance to Managers and HRBP’s.
o Support Annual Compensation processes such as the Pay Planning/ Merit Review Process.
o Support Cost Incurred Audits/Internal Audits by providing justifications for prior job or hiring transactions and bonuses processed to ensure proper processes were followed in compliance with disclosure statements.

Bachelor's degree and 4+ years of experience. 8+ years of relevant experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.
Thorough knowledge of compensation philosophies and practices
Thorough knowledge of FLSA compliance, rules and application 
Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret and summarize key areas
Excellent written and oral communication skills
An expert in relevant office software most notably Microsoft Excel, Word and Powerpoint
Adapts and works effectively with a variety of situations, individuals or groups.
