Leidos has a career opening for a Procurement/Logistician located in Bridgewater VA. .
The job of the Procurement/Logistician is to organize & maintain procurement piles including Purchase Orders and Corporate PCARD packages. The ideal candidate will provide support to Procurement Specialist and assist as a backup to process Goods Receipts when the Procurement Specialist is unavailable
-Scanning & Uploading on SharePoint.
-Placing Orders & Keeping Track of all Uniforms / Personal Protective Equipment for deployed personnel.
-Scanning all PCARD Packages for Procurement staff as needed.
-Process SPO & NON-PO Requests as needed for OCONUS Service Contracts & Vendor Payments & Deployment Expenses. Currently invoices needing processing are for vehicle leases, HVAC maintenance, internet services, VISAS, HRI Training, Weapons Training, DHL, FEDEX, Uniforms.
-Ordering supplies for the Logistics team as needed.
-Entails Researching incoming material shipments, collecting Packing Slips and processing GRs in Cost point and uploading on CDMS.
-Assist Material Controls Assistant and Procurement Specialist with entering Material and Subcontract Purchase Requisitions as needed in Costpoint.
-High School degree and 2+ years of relative work.
-Must be very organized and able to multi-task on a daily basis.
-Good Communication Skills.
-Maintain Consistent Schedule Monday thru Friday/ Flexibility Offered.
-Ability to obtain a Secret Security clearance.
