Description:

Leidos has a career opportunity for an Ethics and Compliance Data Analyst located in Reston, VA.

POSITION SUMMARY:

Leidos is looking for a dynamic, business-oriented professional to support the Ethics and Compliance department by providing critical business insights and data analysis. This candidate will have the opportunity to interact with senior leaders and support projects that are significant to the organization.  The selected Ethics and Compliance Data Analyst will report to the Chief Ethics and Compliance Officer and will work closely with the Investigations team, Group Ethics Directors, and Compliance Manager to analyze and articulate metrics and trends within the function. The candidate will also synthesize this information into cogent presentations for the Executive Leadership Team and Ethics and Corporate Responsibilities Committee of the Board of Directors. The candidate will also support the department by maintaining platforms and tools that will help the team operate more efficiently.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

•Responsible for quantitative and qualitative analysis on key metrics, trends, and recommendations related to the various activities managed by the Ethic and Compliance department

•Responsible for the creation and maintenance of reports that will support executive and board level presentations and briefings by the Chief Ethics and Compliance Officer and Group Ethics Directors

•Prepare metrics and analysis for other functional areas, such as Human Resources, Internal Audit, Legal, and Security

•Assist the Investigations team by conducting quality reviews of investigative data

•Assist in the execution of ethics surveys and benchmarking exercises; analyze the resulting data and develop follow-up action plans

•Conduct research into best practices, frameworks, and methodologies that address specific project needs and strategic decisions

•Assist on other special projects for the Ethics and Compliance department


Qualifications:

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

•Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, or other relevant degree from an accredited university and 4 -8 years of related experience.

•Desire to increase learning and gain further expertise in the compliance and ethics field

•Must be proficient in the Windows operating system and Microsoft Office.

•Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills are a must

•Ability to maintain high standards of confidentiality and integrity in support of highly confidential and sensitive information

•Must be detail-oriented, and have strong organizational and writing skills

•Ability to build relationships and communicate effectively with senior officials across the organization

•Ability to work under tight deadlines and prioritize workload

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

•Proficient in analytical methodologies, tools, and dashboard development

•Professional compliance and ethics certifications, such as Ethics & Compliance Initiative (ECI) or Society of Corporate Compliance and Ethics (SCCE) are a benefit
