Leidos' Ethics and Compliance department is looking for a dynamic, business-oriented professional to join their team as the Investigations Coordinator located in Reston, VA.
The selected candidate will report to the Director of Investigations and assist in the day-to-day operation of our internal investigation program. The candidate will have primary responsibility for providing oversight of the Enterprise Case Management System (ECMS). The candidate would also assist other department personnel in a variety of other projects and activities related to the Ethics and Compliance function.
•Function as the primary system administrator for the Enterprise Case Management System (ECMS), the ethics case database, and train users on the system
•Ensure that concerns reported to the company by its various disclosure channels are documented and routed to the appropriate parties for review
•Ensure investigations are documented completely and consistently across departments
•Manage bi-weekly meetings with investigators and department heads to review in-progress and ready-to-close cases
•Coordinate investigative resources and provide training and clarification when needed.
•Assist in various program initiatives, maintenance, and procurement efforts on critical projects throughout the year
•Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Law, or a related field from an accredited university and 2+ years of related experience.
•Desire to increase learning and gain further expertise in the compliance and ethics field
•Must be proficient in the Windows operating system and Microsoft Office.
•Strong Excel skills are a must (experience with Excel VBA preferred)
•Ability to think critically in the analysis of written information; differentiating between fact and assumption
•Ability to maintain high standards of confidentiality and integrity in support of highly confidential and sensitive information
•Must be detail-oriented, and have strong organizational and writing skills
•Ability to build relationships and communicate effectively with senior officials across the organization
•Ability to work under tight deadlines and prioritize workload
•Professional compliance and ethics certifications, such as Ethics & Compliance Initiative (ECI) or Society of Corporate Compliance and Ethics (SCCE) are a benefit
