Business Development Representative
The Leidos Enterprise IDIQ Center (EIC) has an opening for a Business Development Representative located in Reston, VA.
The job of the Enterprise IDIQ (Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity) Business Development Representative, is to report to the EIC Director and will support contracts managed by the EIC, including the General Services Administration (GSA) OASIS Multiple Agency Contracts, IT 70, Professional Services, and Law Enforcement and Security Schedules. .
-Will have daily responsibility for providing guidance and advice to Leidos organizations on using IDIQ contracts, opportunity research, providing capture and proposal support, performance tracking, and changes to internal websites and catalogues.
-The candidate will also assist in master contract level administration, basis of award compliance reviews, and monitoring subcontracting goals.
-The individual will be working with a team of program and contracts staff responsible for enterprise-wide IDIQ contracts with combined revenue of over $1.5B in sales.
GOALS AND OBJECTIVES:
1. Within 15 days become familiar with Leidos GSA contracts by reviewing contract documents.
2. Within 30 days assume marketing and outreach support responsibilities for GSA OASIS and Schedules.
3. Within 30 days become familiar with the information resources available within Leidos (EIC Rules of the Road, websites, Contracts System, Customer Relationship Management system).
4. Within 45 days become familiar with EIC business plan commitments, and identify areas to support achievement, to include subcontracting goal requirements.
-Bachelor's degree and 1+ years of experience. Additional years of related experience may be used in lieu of a degree.
-One to three years of any of the following general experience: marketing, analytics, program or contracts administration.
-Specific experience with multiple-award IDIQ Federal Government contracts management and administration a plus.
-Proven organizational and teamwork skills, ability to manage multiple priorities within expected timelines while effectively managing competing priorities; proficiency in Microsoft Excel
-Must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to work well across organizational lines.
