Deputy Program Manager
Leidos has a career opening for a Deputy Program Manager (DPM) in Springfield, VA.
This role is for a Deputy Program Manager for the GSM-O program and specifically, JRSS task order.
The customer is the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) and acts as the provider of GIG/Defense Information System Network (DISN) services to its customers the Department of Defense (DoD) and national security organizations. DISA is also responsible for the Joint Regional Security Stack implementation, including integration, testing and configuration of the stacks, migration of the traffic and development of the management system.
•Supporting the PM on cost, schedule, deliverables and staffing of the annual Task Order(s) on GSM-O IDIQ as well as components of the Long Range Plan growing business in this area with DISA, JRSS Customers, and mission partners of DISA.
•Stand in for the PM as required, as well as be the lead for the cyber team on the task order and must balance the programmatic support with mission and operation focus.
•Experience managing contract deliverable items, budgets, customer satisfaction with strong organization skills.
•Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college with 8+yrs of Program Management experience; additional years of professional experience and training may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree.
•Prior experience and interaction with senior level customers (SES and above).
•Prior experience with IT services.
•Program Management experience across FFP, CPFF and CR contracts.
•Broad DOD customer experience.
•Computer Network defense and cyber analytics.
•Operational experience and Mission understanding.
•Excellent verbal and written communications.
•Knowledge of and/or experience with cyber technologies.
•Must have active Secret security clearance.
•Prior DISA Customer Experience
