General Clerk III
The Candidate will provide program support to the Eastern Service Center, Operations Support Group (OSG), Flight Procedures Team (FPT), Tactical Team, Airspace Redesign Manager,Group Manager, and North and South Team Managers. The Candidate will provide support activities associated with the design and development of Instrument Flight Procedures (IFPs).
Activities will include drafting and routing status reports, general information, correspondence, meeting minutes, individual distribution of mail, newsletters or directives, coordinating meeting arrangements and event planning including reservations for conference rooms or event facilities, agenda preparation, setup of telephone bridges and video conferences.
Additional responsibilities will include establishing and maintaining organizational and functional files, maintaining and updating budget records and files, making publication orders for D.O.T. airport procedure charts and booklets, maintaining the technical and nontechnical documentation records and providing monthly and semi-annual reports in the format provided.
Proven organizational skills. High level of knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office.
Ability to communicate clearly and concisely both verbally and in writing with peers and management.
Ability to perform data analysis, attention to detail is required.
