Leidos has a great opportunity for an AF ISR Plans & Program Analyst at Nellis AFB. Candidates must currently possess a current TS/SCI in order to be considered.


JOB DESCRIPTION: Applicant will provide expertise in strategic planning at the AF Group level. The position will author and maintain strategic level instructions and Concept of Operations (CONOPS).  The applicant will possess experience with Program Objective Memorandum (POM), and aid in generating POM submissions, along with validating POM requests from units.  The incumbent will maintain both AF Group official agreements, and manage/standardize AF Group associated units’ formal agreements.  The position will assist with plans for current and future technology integration and ensure compatibility and standardization based on current and projected customer needs.  The incumbent will identify trends, ineffective practices or procedures and equipment shortcomings, and provides solutions and recommendations. The position regularly interfaces with AF Group leadership and end-users for daily operations, presentations, and status reports. The applicant must be able to create task goals, project plans, and schedules. The applicant will participate in special projects as required.


EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE: Applicants must possess a TS/SCI clearance. Bachelor's degree in related discipline and 6 years ' ISR experience or minimum of 10 years' experience in DOD ISR operations—Air Force is preferred. Excellent interpersonal communication skills (oral and written) and professional demeanor. Must have ability to effectively organize and analyze information, produce reports, position papers, and briefings that are responsive to specific AF Group senior leader needs.
