Program Financial Analyst - (Arlington, VA OR Telework)
We have an opening for a Program Financial Analyst (PFA) to support the CAMEO program. We are a highly-focused office that seeks an experienced PFA to manage and coordinate all aspects of financial deliverables. The successful candidate will be responsible for cash management, invoicing, subcontractor costs & funding, revenue accruals, analytics, reporting, sub-ledger reviews and supporting other activities as required.
Budgeting, forecasting, financial planning and analysis, financial reporting, establishing & managing program cost baselines.
Development of the Annual Operating Plan (AOP), Long Range Plan (LRP), Contract Status Reviews (CSR) and government deliverables.
Participating in the control of costs and schedules on contracts requiring Earned Value Management (EVM) and a schedule baseline (plan)
Ad-hoc cost reporting and other performance analysis
Proposal Pricing & Analysis
Reporting labor utilization, portfolio health reports showing profitability and different slices of customer groupings
Prefers one to work in the Arlington, VA office OR Telework if not in VA location.
Typically requires a BA degree and 4 – 8 years of prior relevant experience or Masters with 2 – 6 years of prior relevant experience.
They must pay extreme attention to detail. Possess excellent communication skills, speak succinctly, and accurately to relay clear information to both internal and external customers.
Demonstrate advanced analytical skills as this is required in our fast-moving environment that can require quick, accurate responses.
