Leidos is actively interviewing for a Training Support/Logistic Manager to join our team in Virginia Beach, VA.

a. Logistics.  The candidate shall be the custodian for gear and equipment associated with the course of instruction.  The candidate shall identify resource deficiencies and administratively monitor supply levels.  The candidate shall advise appropriate government staff on equipment or facilities in need of repair or replacement.  The candidate shall maintain all course teaching material in consultation with staff and make minor routine training facility repairs.  The candidate shall assist in the orderly safe evacuation and accounting of students during a classroom or building emergency.

b. Course Instructor Support.  The candidate shall assist the course instructors with researching current issues and prepare items to augment and supplement existing course materials with recent lessons learned or late-breaking events; planning for upcoming course instruction and carry-over to upcoming deliveries regarding presentation of new materials; and coordinate other class support activities.  The candidate shall assist with grading course-specific papers and projects; and on-going reviews of course content and recommend improvements.  The candidate shall coordinate and plan for required post-course evaluations.  The candidate shall provide technical assistance support to students, during and after class, by tutoring, mentoring, and counseling students who are having difficulties with class materials.

c. Program Management.  The candidate shall perform duties as directed by the Marine Detachment Commanding Officer.

d.   Exercises.  The candidate shall manage all logistics for a fleet of government vehicles, to include the maintenance and repairs for damage in support of CI/HUMINT exercises.

Bachelor's degree in related field and 8+ years progressive experience in the field, or other subject-related experience may be applied in lieu of Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 10 years experience. 

Will require appropriate certifications if teaching in an accredited educational institution. Advanced degree preferred.
Previous experience in a role related to USMC intelligence, signals intelligence or other intelligence / military service equivalent specialty is required.
Previous military service experience as USMC or other military service CI / HUMINT specialist and / or tactical debriefer is highly preferred. Additional experience with Foreign Service in the CI / HUMINT realm is also preferred, but not required.
