Systems Made Simple (a Leidos Company) is proud to be ​leading the Enterprise Service Desk (ESD) program, which will support services to a Managed Service Provider (MSP) ​for the Department of Veteran Affairs.  Our work will ​help the VA improve the efficiency and effectiveness of interactions of the Enterprise Service Desk by transitioning Tier-0 (Self-Service Services) and Tier-1 (Enterprise Service Desk Services) to a Managed Service Provider (MSP).

To achieve our objectives we need highly skilled technical team members to achieve the success our Veterans deserve. Systems Made Simple (a Leidos Company) delivers Healthcare IT system services to the Department of Veterans Affairs. Our contracts provide advanced healthcare systems to veterans enabling better access to care and improved outcomes. We have a strong partnership with the VA and support critical programs that improve veteran access to benefits, eliminate disability backlog, improve access to health records and provide infrastructure support to the VA data centers.

Opportunities are available in Austin, TX; Augusta, GA; Salt Lake City, UT and Florence, SC. We are seeking multiple candidates with varied skillsets to provide Information Technology (IT) services to end users for a large Government opportunity supporting the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA).
